Nina graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in Political Science before securing a J.D. from the UCLA School of Law and later earning her M.B.A from Columbia Business School. After graduate school, Nina worked in a number of executive positions for a host of national and international Wall Street firms for 20 years. In the first half of her corporate business career, Nina worked for noteworthy companies such as AIG, where she worked in the global real estate development group, and Merrill Lynch as a financial advisor, and later Cushman & Wakefield as a commercial real estate broker. During the second half of her professional corporate career, Nina raised billions of dollars in institutional capital globally for private equity and real estate funds and projects as a successful institutional sales professional during her extensive travels throughout the United States, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Nina transitioned from corporate America when she embarked on building luxury homes in Westchester County and Greenwich in 2015. She adopted the same drive and hard work ethic to become a premier local home builder and now mimics these values as a dedicated and focused real estate sales professional, who strives to achieve optimal results for her clients in all market conditions. A native of Texas, Nina was raised on a ranch and attended camps and boarding schools every summer in various francophonies, thus she enjoys meeting people from all walks of life with a myriad of interests. Nina is married with two daughters and enjoys horseback riding, traveling and all forms of dance.
